Terms and conditions
- Redemption: This e-gift voucher is valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can be used to purchase products on our website or by calling our office directly on 01255 886096.
- The E-gift voucher will be emailed to the buyer for them to give to the recipient.
- Expiry: The E-gift voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
- Non-Transferable: The E-gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold. It can only be used by the recipient whose name is specified on the voucher.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen E-gift vouchers. Treat it like cash as it will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
- Usage Restrictions: The voucher can only be used once.
- Refunds: If a purchase is made using the E-gift voucher and if for any reason a refund is made the amount will be credited back to the voucher.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The E-gift voucher can only be used to pay towards the cost of a product that will be delivered in our regular delivery area of Essex and Suffolk. Please do not purchase an E-gift voucher if the recipient lives outside of our delivery area.
