- Redemption: This E-Gift Voucher is valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can only be used to purchase products on our website.
- Buyers have the option to have the E- Gift Voucher emailed to themselves or directly to the recipient’s email address.
- Expiry: The E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
- Non-Transferable: The E-Gift Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold. It can only be used by the recipient whose name is specified on the voucher.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift vouchers. Treat it like cash as it will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
- Usage Restrictions: The voucher can only be used once.
- Refunds: If a purchase is made using the E-Gift Voucher and if for any reason a refund is made the amount will be credited back to the voucher.
- Minimum purchase is £25.00
- Please note the buyer is purchasing an E-Gift Voucher, they will not receive a physical voucher in the post.
- The E-Gift Voucher is intended to be emailed to the recipient, once they click on the coupon it will take them to the Oakley Turf Farm website, which will automatically deduct the gift voucher price from the total price.
- If the full balance of the voucher has not been used the remaining balance will remain on the E-Gift Voucher to be used for their next purchase.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
