Add your details to a form to enquire or become a customer.

At no time are any payment or credit card details processed by, stored on our host server.

3. Retention & Deletion
3.1 Automated unsubscribe
At the bottom of every marketing email sent, you will see an ‘unsubscribe’ link.
Clicking this link instantly stops all automated communications to you from me.
3.2 Manual unsubscribe
If you are a customer of Oakley Turf Farm and we have a working relationship, unsubscribing does not cease all communications, particularly if there our outstanding invoices to be paid, or works to be finished. This will just stop marketing emails from our email system.
We will still contact you through our business email and telephones until work has been completed and payment has been made.
3.3 Right to be forgotten
You have the right to request ALL your data is stripped of personal identifiers. As a general subscriber, this means you’d be deleted from the list. If you’ve bought a product, your private data will be replaced with generic, non-identifying numbers (such as ‘buyer 24’)

We have the right to assume all visitors have carefully read this notice, particularly when they are explicitly agreeing to its terms. If someone does not agree with this policy, they should refrain from using the website.
