Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you need to cancel your order we advise you to contact Oakley Turf Farm before the delivery date you have chosen on our checkout page this is worded as your “your preferred delivery date”.   You will need to inform us by 10.30am the day before your chosen preferred delivery date.  Cancellations can be only be made  by e-mail to or by phoning our office on 01255 886096 (during office hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm).

If the product is already on route to your delivery address, we will not be able to cancel your order, but we do ask you to phone our office on 01255 886096 to inform us.

If you need to reschedule your order with Oakley Turf Farm, you will need to inform us by 10.30am the day before your chosen preferred delivery date via email or by phoning our office 01255 886096 (Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 4.30pm)

Non-Perishable Products – Returns

If you wish to return any non-perishable products you have purchased from Oakley Turf Farm due to the nature of the products, we require you to contact us no later than 1 day after delivery has been made.  You must contact us by phone on 01255 886096 or via email

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Goods must be returned complete, in an unused and undamaged condition. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The purchase must be returned to Oakley Turf Farm at your own expense.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Turf & Perishable Products – Returns

Due to the perishable nature of turf, no returns will be possible. Turf must be unrolled and laid on the day of delivery or it will deteriorate rapidly.  The turf must be inspected by the customer before the driver  leaves the customers property.  If the product is proved to be defective at the company’s liability Oakley Turf Farm must be notified before the driver leaves the customers property.  The the company will offer a replacement or refund at the company’s discretion.

Oakley Turf Farm  will not accept any liability for defects that occur after that time. The responsibility for its care and maintenance passes to the purchaser on delivery.

Perishable goods are excluded from cancellation under The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 as amended by S1689, 2005.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
