We offer a hardwood Play grade chip as a safe and economical choice for all your play area needs. Our Play grade chips are certified to BS EN 1177:2008. Our Play grade chips will help you create a safe, clean and long lasting surface for any play area that you are constructing.
Please note that our play grade chip is made from hardwood and therefore can be used for mulching.
Delivery: Oakley’s Play Grade Chip is delivered in large bulk bags which are either craned off our lorry or lifted using a forklift “moffett” on to your property. Bags will be positioned as close to your garden as the driver can safely do so. Bulk Bags are a great way of reducing the mess created by having bark delivered loose. Please note, we group our deliveries together by size and location so we can not always guarantee you will receive your delivery by a crane or forklift. If you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us when you place your order.

Our play grade chip is fully-analysed and compliant to British Standard BS EN 1177:2008. They are sized 10-30mm and are delivered in large bulk bags. Our play chip is a great way to make any play area a safe place for everyone to enjoy!
Size: Bulk Bag (75cm x 85cm x 95cm) 0.6 of a Cubic Metre or 600 litres
Coverage: Each bag will cover approximately 15m2 at a depth of 50mm
